Conflict Coach

Contact

Let’s get you home.

Send me a WhatsApp. Two sentences is plenty, and you do not have to explain the whole thing first. If it sounds like something I can help with, we take it to a free 30-minute call.

Willow, Conflict Coach’s digital receptionist, replies first. She can answer questions and book your free call, and anything personal comes straight to me.

Most people apologise for the length of their message. Nobody has ever needed to.

Start with a message

Tell me what is going on.

You do not need a profile or a polished explanation to get started. Send me a WhatsApp and we can find a time for your free 30-minute call together.

Two sentences is plenty: what is happening, and what would a good outcome look like?

This opens a WhatsApp conversation with Conflict Coach. Willow, our digital receptionist, replies first and finds a time for your call with me.

Before we speak

Breathe in for two seconds, then out for two seconds. Repeat at a comfortable pace.

You do not need to have it worked out before you write. Working it out is the thing we do together.

If this is urgent and you are not safe, coaching is not the right first step. Contact your local emergency number or a crisis line, and come back to this when you are.

Common questions

The ones that come up on nearly every first call.

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching works on what you do next; therapy works on what happened before and how it still lives in you. Both are useful and they are not substitutes. If therapy is what would help most, I will say so on the first call.

Who answers WhatsApp?

Willow, Conflict Coach’s digital receptionist. She answers questions about services and fees, finds times, and handles bookings and invoices. She does not coach, and anything that needs my judgment comes to me. Ask her whether she is a person and she will tell you. WhatsApp is not an emergency service: if anyone is in danger, call your local emergency number — in the UAE, 999 for police or 998 for an ambulance.

Do you meet the other person too?

In one-to-one coaching, no. The work is yours. In team work, yes: everyone involved gets a confidential conversation before any joint session happens.

What if my teenager will not talk?

That is common and it is usually not refusal, it is caution. Teens are seen alone, and nothing goes back to parents unless they have agreed the wording first.

How many sessions will I need?

Usually four to eight. We agree an end point at the start and review it halfway. Coaching that never ends is not coaching.

Is what I say confidential?

Yes. In organisational work the client receives themes only, never transcripts or attributions. If I ever needed to break confidence for safety, you would hear it from me first.

Can you work with us online?

Yes, and for many people it works better. Seminars run online too, in a shorter format, with the same materials.
